We have only used the vacuum a few times but so far it is great! A wonderful recommendation from Cardy. We had an excellent experience and remarkable customer service. Would recommend to anyone!
All good with one small exception. It is a little difficult to change the height setting on the carpet brush beater. One must push the button to go from #1 to #2,3,4,5 and then back to #4,3,2,1 and then push it about 5 times more to get it back to #1 again. Not a terrible problem but a little inconvenient.
Were delighted with our new vacuum after using it for the first time today.
Also, the folks at Dr Vac were very helpful throughout the purchase process and the installation.
